1. SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY: This national sweepstakes promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by the Filtropur division of FVS, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and co-sponsored by participating independent authorized Filtropur dealers. You can contact the Sponsor at 99 Ken Mar Industrial Parkway, Unit C; Broadview Heights, OH 44147. For a list of co-sponsors, write to the Sponsor. The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By completing and signing an entry form, you agree that the Sponsor and co-sponsors of this Promotion may telephone you, even if your number is on a state or national do not call list or registry. (If you live in Indiana, your signing and completing of an entry form is your express request that the Sponsor or a co-sponsor call you.) You may be required to confirm information you have provided on the entry form. Completing an entry form may result in a sales solicitation for Filtropur home care/indoor air quality products made by the Sponsor. You are not required to view any sales demonstration or to purchase anything. The purchase of merchandise will not improve the chance of winning.

2. HOW TO ENTER: HOW TO ENTER: Hand print your full name, address, home phone number and email address (if applicable) on the official entry form (no mechanical or photocopy reproductions permitted). Otherwise, fully complete and sign that form; and then deposit the signed form in the entry box, or give it to your authorized Filtropur dealer. If you received the entry form by way of a newspaper insert, after completing and signing the form, give the signed form to your Filtropur dealer or mail or email it to the Sponsor. You may also enter online at www.yourmortgagepaid.net.

3. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Entry forms must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on August 31, 2015. Entries become the Sponsor's property. Limit of 10 entries per household. To enter this Promotion, you must be a legal U.S. resident who is at least 21 years old, owns a home encumbered by a mortgage or similar instrument, and is not an employee, representative, agent or supplier of the Sponsor or any co-sponsor, their subsidiary or affiliate companies, or member of their immediate families. Sponsor is not responsible for printing errors or inaccurate, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, postage due, misdirected, delayed or late entries or mail, or of any equipment or telephone malfunction. Your signed entry form is your representation that you are eligible to enter this Promotion and are bound by these Official Rules.

4. PRIZE: This Promotion has one prize, consisting of the making by the Sponsor (or its designee) of 12 months of mortgage payments on your home, up to $600 per month ("Prize"). You remain responsible for all amounts above $600 per month. "Mortgage" includes the entire amount of your usual mortgage payment, potentially including payments for insurance, taxes, and other items. Alternatively, you may choose to accept the Prize in the form of a single cash payment of $7,200.00. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and other taxes. The Prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All dollar amounts are U.S. dollars.

5. TIME PERIOD AND SELECTION OF WINNER: Promotion begins on March 1, 2014 and ends at 5:00 p.m. EST on August 31, 2015. Sponsor will thereafter randomly select one winner from timely received eligible entries. The winner will be selected by September 20, 2015 and notified by October 1, 2015.

6. REQUIREMENTS OF WINNER: The winner must prove eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. To receive the Prize, the winner must provide whatever information is needed for Sponsor to make the monthly mortgage payment on the winner's behalf; winner must also grant written permission to have his or her name used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Failure of a potential winner to prove eligibility or sign any required affidavit or grant of permission, or inability of the Sponsor to contact a potential winner, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

7. RESERVATIONS: Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and not subject to challenge. Sponsors and co-sponsors are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the Prize.

8. POSSIBLE DAILY GIFT OFFERS: You may be selected by a co-sponsor and may be eligible to receive a daily thank-you gift subject to viewing a 60+ minute product display of Filtropur home care/indoor air quality products. You will be under no obligation to do so, and agreeing to do so will not improve your chance of winning the Promotion. The estimated retail value of any such gift will be less than $50. Thank-you gifts are the responsibility of and furnished solely by co-sponsors. Gifts and participation may vary.
